Admission Questions Answered

Yes. IIIC is established by the Government of Kerala under KASE (Kerala Academy for Skills Excellence) and managed by ULCCS — the largest construction cooperative in Asia. It is a Centre of Excellence under the state's Department of Labour and Skills.
For PGP (managerial) programs, a degree or diploma in a relevant field is preferred. For AD (supervisory) programs, Plus Two or equivalent is the minimum requirement. Technician-level courses are open to candidates with basic educational qualifications. Contact admissions for specific eligibility per course.
Yes. All programs are aligned with NSQF (National Skill Qualification Framework) and certified by NSDC and CSDCI. These certifications are recognised across India and widely accepted by Gulf construction sector employers.

PGP (Post Graduate Program) is a 12-month managerial-level program for degree holders targeting project management and leadership roles. AD (Advanced Diploma) is a 6-month supervisory-level program for Plus Two/diploma holders targeting site supervisor and technical specialist roles. Both are nationally certified.
